  • 2016 Tax Information

  • Form 1095-A is sent by the Health Insurance Marketplace (Healthcare.gov) to any member who enrolled through the Marketplace. According to Healthcare.gov, they are scheduled to be delivered via US Mail in mid-February. Consumers can also download them from Healthcare.gov by logging into their Marketplace account and selecting their 2016 application and Tax Forms from the menu on the left.

    If you have any questions regarding your Form 1095-A, please contact the Health Insurance Marketplace at 800.318.2596.

    If your enrollment with Health Republic was not through the Health Insurance Marketplace, you will receive a Form 1095-B directly from HRINJ by March 2nd.

  • Health Republic Insurance of New Jersey is in the process of mailing Form 1095-B to members enrolled "off-exchange" - that is, directly with HRINJ and not through the Health Insurance Marketplace (Healthcare.gov). They are scheduled to be delivered via US Mail by March 2nd.

    It is not necessary to wait for Form 1095-B in order to file. Some taxpayers may not receive a Form 1095-B by the time they are ready to file their 2016 tax return. While the information on these forms may assist in preparing a return, they are not required.

    If you enrolled on Healthcare.gov, you will receive a Form 1095-A directly from the Health Insurance Marketplace.

    If you have any questions regarding your Form 1095-A, please contact the Health Insurance Marketplace at 800.318.2596.

    For questions regarding your Form 1095-B, please contact us by calling 888.990.5706 and selecting the option for Questions about your 1095 Form.

  • Coverage

  • Quest Diagnostics is HRINJ’s Exclusive Lab Provider. It is the only participating outpatient laboratory provider in your plan. All other labs are considered out-of-network. To obtain a location or to schedule an appointment with a Patient Service Center, please visit the Quest Diagnostics website at QuestDiagnostics.com, or call 888.277.8772.

  • New HRINJ Accounts

  • You can create a HRINJ member account by completing our easy online registration. You will need an active email account to complete this process.  

    Create a username and password for your account and provide some identifying information, as requested.  Please note the following:

    • ​​Username: Your username will not be case-sensitive, so capitalizing the letters will not affect your ability to log in. 
    • Password: Passwords are case-sensitive and must meet certain security standards, as provided by on-screen prompts.  If you forget your password, you may request a password reset by email.  
    • Email: We will send important messages about your HRINJ account via email, including information required to complete the registration process. 

    After you complete the registration form and click Register, check your email for a message from us.  

    Follow the instructions in the email from us and follow the included link to a page that indicates that you have successfully completed the registration process.  You will now be able to log in and view your account information.

  • Visit our Login page, which can be accessed using the Login button at the top corner of every page on our website. Enter your username and password, and click Submit.

  • You'll find a variety of tools in our online Member Center by using the drop-down menu located in the top-right corner of the screen. Simply click the menu icon - the three horizontal purple bars - and click Member Center (2nd from the bottom) to access these tools.

  • First, log in to your HRINJ member account, and navigate to the Link Your Membership Information page. This page is accessible from the menu at the top of the page once you are logged in to your member account.

    Please note: you must be the primary member to complete this process.  We will not be able to link your account if we have not yet received the primary member's enrollment information.  Please allow 1-2 business days after enrollment to link your account. 

    Then, choose only one of two offered ways to enter your information:

    • Option 1: Enter the primary Member ID exactly as it appears on the HRINJ documentation you received after your enrollment (including any capitalized letters) and the primary member's ZIP code. 
    • Option 2: Enter the primary member’s Social Security Number and ZIP Code. 

    To view and pay your bill, click Billing on the purple scroll-down menu.

  • First, log in to your HRINJ member account, and navigate to the Link Your Membership Information page. This page is accessible from the menu at the top of the page once you are logged in to your member account.

    You may pay for your coverage in one of the following ways:

    • Make online payments from your bank account, or
    • Sign up for automatic monthly withdrawals from your bank account (via ACH), or
    • Send a check or money order to the address indicated on your invoice.
